Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kozy, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Software. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Software in the last 12 months.
Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to the Software if you violate these Terms. You may also terminate your use of the Software at any time by discontinuing use and uninstalling the Software.
Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut. Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought in the courts located in Trumbull, Connecticut, or the appropriate court in Fairfield County, Connecticut.
Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Software after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
