How KozyOps was built: by operators, inside a working fuel-and-service business.

KozyOps was built by people who have dispatched 6 AM propane runs, worked four-seat dispatch desks through January cold snaps, and reconciled deposit batches before month-end close.

The platform started inside a working fuel-and-service operation that grew into a multi-depot, multi-fuel business with its own service department. Every module came from a real office question, route board, ledger card, or customer waiting.
